We will send you an Email when your plates are finished and ready to be posted to you. The enamel needs to age for a couple of days, giving us both time to get payment sorted out. The weight for postage (including weight of packaging) will be E mailed to you in Grammes or Kilos The cost of postage will be included in the E Mail The total payment required will be included in the E Mail For postage we will be using either; Royal Mail Special Delivery or Global Priority depending on whether you are in UK or overseas (see below) at a suitable insured rate. Payments There are several ways to send payment. We have tried to make this suit everyone including the many customers we have overseas. Here are the choices; Cheques If you want to pay by cheque, use our address below. Cheques should be in UK £' s Sterling and made payable to 'SPS Enterprises.' NOTE - Cheques not made out for UK Pounds Sterling CANNOT be accepted because UK bank charges for currency conversion are prohibitive.

In all cases, if you wish to pay by Debit or Credit Card, you can send the required Outside UK 0044 1905 759 874 Within UK 01905 759 874 As an alternative or if you have trouble getting through, you can post your Debit or Credit Card details to us using the address at the bottom of this page. NOTE that if any of the required Credit or Debit Card information is missing or unreadble, we will not be able to process the transaction. WRITE BIG and CLEAR on FAXES or LETTERS!
To effect any Debit Card 'customer not present' sale we need; The long number on the front of the card The issue number (if applicable, normally on the front of the card in embossed form) The last 3 security digits on back of card The 'Valid From' date of the card The expiry date of the card Your numerical address (House number if you have one) Your postcode (if applicable) all to which the card is registered to In all the above cases we need your authority to debit the card. There is no additional charge for Debit Card transactions. (Amex cards are not accepted)
To effect any Credit Card 'customer not present' sale we need; The 16 digit (or longer) card number The last 3 security digits on back of card The 'Valid From' date of the card The expiry date of the card Your street address (House number) (if applicable) Your postcode (if applicable) to which the card is registered to We will also need to know what type of card the information relates to, i.e. Visa or Mastercard In all the above cases we need your authority to debit the card. (Amex cards are not accepted) All Credit Card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge which represents direct recovery of what the Credit Card companies charge us for the transaction. 3% must be added to the total (including postage). NOTE that if any of the required Credit or Debit Card information is missing or unreadable, we will not be able to process the transaction. WRITE BIG and CLEAR on LETTERS or FAXES! *Please make sure you include your full postal address on your Fax If Credit / Debit Card faclilities are not the way you want to go, move back up for information on sending a cheque.
Packaging is normally only pound or so. For delivery within UK we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD) because this method is both insured and trackable. For Airmail abroad (includes Ireland) we recommend Global Priority which is insured and signed for.
