How Our Plates are Produced

	After drawing the job and writing the 'G' Code, the lettering is cut. There is quite a lot of waste material as allowance for clamping must be made.
	The plate is snapped away from its tabs and the edges finished off, then the face and edges are rubbed down and polished.
	The Enamel is applied and left to 'age' for a couple of days, then the final polishing is done.
